These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Firebowl platform, including all related software, applications, dashboards, services, and features (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully, as they establish the legal rights and obligations between Firebowl and its users.
By accessing, registering for, or using Firebowl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. Your continued use of Firebowl constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates or modifications.
Firebowl operates as a restaurant management system that enables order handling, table reservations, billing, reporting, and operational management. Firebowl does not operate restaurants, prepare food, or directly fulfill customer orders. Responsibility for customer service, food safety, and order fulfillment rests solely with the restaurant.
1.1 Firebowl
Firebowl is a digital platform designed for restaurants and food businesses to manage orders, reservations, and operations.
1.2 Services
“Services” refers to all tools and features provided through Firebowl, including order processing, reservations, billing, analytics, and system functionality.
1.3 User
Any individual, customer, or business entity that accesses or uses the platform.
1.4 Business Account
A registered restaurant or business using Firebowl. Business accounts are responsible for staff actions under their account.
1.5 Customer
A person placing an order or making a reservation through a restaurant that uses Firebowl.
1.6 Third-Party Services
External services integrated with Firebowl, such as payment gateways, delivery partners, or cloud hosting providers.
1.7 Platform
The Firebowl system including its dashboard, mobile applications, APIs, and software infrastructure.
By using Firebowl, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business.
Firebowl may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes. Updates will be communicated via the platform or email notifications.
Firebowl may update or modify features at any time. Certain features may be released in beta form and subject to change.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain account security. Login credentials must be kept confidential and not shared with unauthorized persons.
Business accounts are responsible for all activity under their access, including staff usage. Any unauthorized access must be reported to Firebowl immediately.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the system. Restaurants must comply with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) when handling customer information. Firebowl may anonymize and aggregate data for analytics and service improvement.
All platform content, software, trademarks, and branding remain the property of Firebowl. Users are granted limited rights to use the system for business purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of Firebowl’s intellectual property is prohibited.
Firebowl does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control. Firebowl will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance. Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions may also affect availability.
Firebowl is not responsible for business losses, reputational damage, operational issues, or order-related disputes. Restaurants remain responsible for fulfillment, food safety, and customer service. Firebowl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Firebowl may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or fraudulent activity occurs. Businesses may voluntarily terminate their accounts by providing notice. Firebowl may retain certain data for compliance and record-keeping purposes after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Firebowl operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Firebowl regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Failure by Firebowl to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our rights.
13.4 Assignment
Users may not assign or transfer their rights under these Terms without prior written consent from Firebowl. Firebowl may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
13.5 Survival
Certain provisions, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law, shall survive termination of these Terms.
By registering for or using Firebowl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You further acknowledge that Firebowl may update these Terms periodically and that it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
